This is our standard chile roaster, and you will see this type at all of the major grocery store chains. It will roast up to 40 lbs. of chile/peppers at a time. Small Chile Roaster

This is our small chile roaster. A perfect size for those that don't roast a lot of chile/peppers.
It will roast up to 25 lbs. of chile/peppers at a time. This model comes standard with stainless steel catch pan at no extra cost!

Table Top Chile Roaster

This is the smallest roaster we make. This size is perfect for personal use, it sets right on top of your table!It will roast up to 5-7 lbs of chile/peppers at a time, depending on the size of pods.
This model is hand crank only, and also no catch pan, but it isn't needed! A 20 1/5" x 13" foil pan fits perfectly to catch fresh roasted chile/peppers! Comes with a 15' gas hose and regulator.
